Shipping and handling
Orders placed before 1 p.m. will be sent the same day.
At Småfolk we strive on a quick delivery, so all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. In connection with the sales period, there might be a longer delivery time.
Should the freight company be the reason for any delay, Småfolk cannot be liable for such delay.
In case of serious delay (several days) or non delivering of orders. Småfolk will send a new order, free of charge. Notice that orders for Bornholm and other smaller islands, in some cases will take up to 3 days.
Goods sent within the EU and most countries outside the EU will also be sent by GLS and the delivery will take up to 5 days.
Småfolk accepts returns. You have to return the merchandise no longer than 14 days from the day of receipt. Please fill out the return note that you will receive along with your delivery, and include it in the return package. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, washed or without the hangtag. Once we receive the goods and the return note, and after we accept the return, we will transfer the amount to your bank account as soon as possible. We will only pay back to the very same credit card with which the items were purchased. This is to prevent illegal use of stolen credit cards.
You are responsible for the return expenses, that the package is delivered at our address and we do not accept package which have been sent "without delivery"
Exchange of goods.
If you want to exchange item, please fill out the return note, which you will receive along with the delivery, no longer than 14 days from the day of receipt. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, washed or being send without the hangtag.

Notification of defects
All merchandise is covered be The Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. As a customer you can complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. However, if the defects or wear or tear are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance or simply because normal wear and tear your right to complain is renounced.
