Delivery and Returns

Shipping of your order
Orders placed before 1 p.m. will be sent the same day.

At Småfolk we strive on a quick delivery, so all orders for Denmark will be deliverd within 1-2 work days.
Please note that delivery of orders for Bornholm and other smaller islands will, in some cases, be up to 3 days.
Orders sent within the EU and most countries outside the EU, will be sent by GLS and the delivery will be up to 5 days.
Durring sale, you can expect a longer delivery time, up to ten working days.
In case of unusual delay (several days) or no delivery of your order at all. Småfolk will send a new order, free of charge.
Should the freight company be the reason for any delay, Småfolk cannot be held responsible for such delay.

Shipping abroad
Shipments abroad are delivered by GLS and sent as an insured package and business mail, which means that the package cannot be sent as a gift to non-EU countries in an attempt to evade local taxes and duties.
Regular service in Europe is app. 4-5 business days
Regular service outside Europe is app. 5-7 business days
Sweden, Finland, Germany, Austria, UK, Netherland and Belgium 49 DKK / 7€. Orders over 750 DKK / €100 are sent freight free.
Norway, Swiss and rest of European incl. Faroe Island and Iceland 150 DKK / 20 €. Orders over 1000 DKK / €135 are sent freight free.
Rest of the world 350 DKK / 47€

Return
Småfolk accepts returns, within 14 days after the date where you received your ordre.
Please fill out the return note that you will receive along with your order and include this in the return parcel.

Småfolk do not accept the return of items that have been worn, altered, washed or are without the hangtag. When we receive the items and the return note,
and after we accept the return, we will transfer the amount back to your bank account as soon as possible.
We only transfer the amount back to the same credit card, used when the items were purchased. This is to prevent illegal use of stolen credit cards.

You are responsible for the cost of the return parcel and that the parcel is delivered at our address - We do not accept parcels sent "without delivery."

Exchange of items
If you wish to exchange items, Småfolk accepts this within 14 days after the date where you received your ordre.
Please fill out the return note that you will receive along with your order and include this in the return parcel.
Småfolk do not accept the return of items that have been worn, altered, washed or are without the hangtag.

To get the item you wish, you go to www.småfolk.dk and make a new order with the items you wish, do payment as usual.
When Småfolk receive your return parcel and has approved the items. We will refund the amount back to the credit card used at the purchase.

Claim
All items are covered be The Danish Sale of Goods law, giving you 24 months to make a claim of a item.
This right to claim means that you, as a customer, can make a complain finding any error ore defect at a item, occurred 24 months after receiving  the item.
You have to make the claim within “reasonable time” after the defect has been discovered.
The right to claim does NOT cover if the item has been damaged during play, by lack of maintenance or by general ore incorrect use.
